Who collects your details

onlinetuition.sg runs this tutor recruitment service. Contact [email protected] with questions about your information.

Your account and profile

Our sign-in provider handles Google sign-in or an email code. We receive your account ID and, when available, your name and email address. We use your account ID to keep your saved profile and availability attached to your account. We display your email address while you are signed in and use your name to prefill your profile. You can change that name before saving it with your profile.

We save the profile drafts you choose to save, including incomplete profiles. Your name, WhatsApp number, qualifications, teaching experience, subjects, levels and any profile you provide help us consider you for tuition assignments. A reviewer may open the profile link you provide.

We also save your regular available times, whether you are taking assignments, and any dates away and notes you choose to provide. Your account lets you update these details.

Contact consent

We contact you on WhatsApp about suitable tuition assignments only after your profile is complete and you have agreed to that contact. We record your consent, the notice version and the time you agreed. You can save a draft before giving contact consent.

We record the channel code in your link, if present, to understand where registrations come from. Your network address is used to limit repeated account requests.

How we keep your details

We keep your details for the tuition-assignment purpose described here and remove them when they are no longer needed or you ask us to remove them.

Access, correction and removal

You can update your profile and availability in your account. Contact [email protected] to ask to see or correct your details, withdraw consent to being contacted, or have your saved profile removed.

Where your details go

Cloudflare receives account requests and forwards them to a private recruitment service. Access to saved details is restricted to the staff handling recruitment. Your details are not used for unrelated matching services.

Joining our Telegram channel is optional and separate from your account. We do not send your profile details to Telegram.
